If you need some form of technical support or assistance (ex. "How do I remove this?" "Why is my browser acting crazy?" "Does this program install spyware?"), we cannot help you through email.
No technical support is given through email. None whatsoever. At all. Seriously. I really, really mean it.
For that sort of issue, you should post a question at the support forums. Forum support is completely free of charge. There are hundreds of trained volunteers there who can help you figure out the problem, myself included.

If you bought a product listed on this site and are having trouble using it, we do not produce the software and do not provide support for those products. The company producing the software should have a means of providing technical support. If you are unable to contact the company directly, we probably can put you in touch with them but try contacting them directly before contacting us.
REGARDING VIRTUAL BOUNCER AND SPYWARE LABS: SpywareInfo has no connection whatsoever to Virtual Bouncer or Spyware Labs. Virtual Bouncer is malware distributed by Spyware Labs and has absolutely nothing to do with this site. Searching for it on Google will bring up this site because software such as Virtual Bouncer is discussed often on our message boards.
If you have something to communicate to the owner/webmaster/editor (that's me), I am no longer accepting emails unless it is very urgent. My inbox has gotten way out of control. I drown in a large ocean of email every day, may not read your message for several days and probably will not answer it.

If you are the owner of copyrighted material and have found your material on SpywareInfo, an email is all that will be necessary for us to remove the material in question. No fax or paper documents will be necessary. A DMCA notice also is not necessary. If a DMCA notice is sent to our web host unnecessarily and causes SpywareInfo any monetary loss, I will file a lawsuit to recover that loss.
If it is yours and we are using it improperly, it will be removed upon request. Be polite and professional and the situation will be dealt with promptly. Copyright owners and their agents will refrain from using such phrases as "blatant disregard", "your illegal use", "you will remove the material immediately, or we will [insert threat]" and other such obnoxious phrases. Failure to comply with this will annoy me very greatly and I will destroy that email without reading it further. Here is the link.
Problems using the email form?
All attempts to send email through the form are checked to make sure they originate from this site. That is a security measure used to prevent abuse. If you receive a message about an unauthorized domain, then something is tampering with the referer string your browser is sending to this server.
Some firewalls such as Outpost, NIS, Kerio and others tamper with the referer in nonstandard ways that trigger the security block. Outpost even uses the referer string to spam web site log files with a link to its maker's web site. Please disable any software that might be tampering with the referer before sending your email.
